London Tennis Show 2010 logoTennis is joining the successful Golf Show at the Excel from 30 April until 2 May, 2010 and all manner of products, services and activities will be there.

Tennis Outlook launch!

The TIA UK's new trade journal for the promotion of tennis products and services and the first issue is being published in December.

Both MembeTennis Outlook launch issue coverrs and non-members can advertise in this newspaper, which contains news coverage and features on current industry issues, research findings, best practice reports from overseas, interviews with prominent figures, features on individual market segments, letters to the editor, and invitations to tender for tennis-related contracts as well as display advertising.

The The London Golf & Tennis Show 2010second issue of Tennis Outlook will be published to coincide with the London Golf & Tennis Show in April.

Research shows Tennis is the most Positive of Sports

Global research released on Thursday reveals that winning is not the most important thing when it comes to playing sport.

Sportsmanship (66%), health and fitness benefits (57%), teaching discipline and abiding by rules (60%) are all considered more significant benefits of playing sport than actually winning (22%), in a poll of over 1,400 worldwide sports fans by Barclays Spaces for Sports, the programme that uses sport to revitalise disadvantaged communities around the world.

In the week of the Australian Open, tennis is recognised as producing the most positive global sporting role models.

Tennis Show gets off to a good start

Andy Murray may not have won Britain's first grand slam in 74 years, but that doesn't mean tennis fans have nothing to celebrate.

London 2012 appoints John Lewis as Tier Three Provider

John Lewis will be the official department store of the 2012 London Olympics after signing up as the 26th domestic sponsor of the games.

The British retail chain was unveiled Monday as a "tier three provider" of the Olympics, a status which usually costs companies about £10 million.
